Visited the clinic for ear pain. The doctor Abhirami was professional and explained the problem clearly. Waiting time was reasonable and staff were friendly. Treatment helped reduce my pain. Overall a good experience and would recommend

Dr Matthew is so kind and understanding - professional too, he diagnosed my illness in 5 minutes. Would recommend this clinic, and it's close to a pharmacy too so picking up prescriptions is a stone throw away!

Pricey at 156 on the day. I walked in and got and got an appointment on the spot. Dr Shaw was lovely. Took time to listen and very thorough with help and advice. He was fantastic.

Dr Brian is by far the best GP I’ve had in the city after trying several doctors at other practices. He is incredibly caring, approachable, and takes the time to truly listen. Highly recommended.

Need to refill my U.S. prescriptions while visiting Melbourne. Making appointment was easy via phone. If you have Australian phone number, you can make appt online. Dr Roberts was very professional and gave helpful advice for my questions and refilled my medication without problems.

I went there today as a walk in and had the pleasure of having Dr Brian McLaughlin. He would have to be the best GP I have ever been to. He worked out very quickly what was wrong and sorted me out in no time. Have decided he will now be my family doctor moving forward. The receptionist was professional and make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. Thanks for looking after me today.

Had my first appointment with Dr Matthew Shaw today and I’m really happy I chose him as my new GP after moving from Sydney. He was patient and took the time to listen, so I never felt rushed. I usually get anxious about seeing a doctor, but Dr Shaw made the whole experience very comfortable. Thorough with his advice. Overall, a great first visit.
